One sheet is easy to manage.
A hundred should be too.
A free spreadsheet that runs in your browser: real formulas, real databases, your files. Then any sheet can become a doc, a tool, or a working app built on your own data. With or without AI.
This covers Overview, Finance, Team, Calendar, Goals and Handbook, live from your sheets.

Guardian read eighteen sheets and built the hub. Approve a request in the tool and the source sheet changes: one source of truth, both surfaces live. It is yours now, click around.
Powerful sheets to run your business.
A real spreadsheet with a real database underneath. SUM, IF, VLOOKUP and the rest behave the way you expect, references reach across sheets and files, columns are typed, and sorting, filtering and undo work as they should. Charts read the cells you just changed. It all computes on your device, so nothing waits on a connection and nothing leaves.
Try Grid for freeCross-sheet references, live totals, charts from the cells themselves.
Turn a sheet into a doc, a tool, or an app.
Add a SuperNote and write on a clean page, or describe what you need and watch the sheet become it. The clock ticking here took five words. Ask for a tool built on your own rows and you get one, so you stop exporting your data into someone else’s app to do anything interesting with it.
Bring in a CSV or spreadsheet as a new sheet
A blank sheet ready to become a tool, built by describing it
A clean, blank page for writing, ready right away
This clock is running. Guardian built it from five words, and this page runs it.
Stop juggling files. Point Snapshot at them.
Import your CSVs, XLSX files and whole folders, then pick the sheets you care about and say what you want built. Read one report drawn from all of them instead of opening files one at a time and stitching the numbers by hand. No more juggling a hundred files.
Try Grid for freeHeld together. Nothing copied, nothing moved.
Link your files into one sheet and read them tab by tab without leaving the file you are in. Flip on Master Tool and edit straight through to the source, so there is no copy to keep in sync and no version to reconcile later. Build a tool on the linked data and its edits land on the sources too. No AI needed, just your Donezo connection.
Reading Sheet 1 from My First File: edits land there directly.
Switch the surface. Keep the same data.
Work in Grid when you are entering numbers, flip to Row view when you want one record at a time as a card, a calculator or a design you asked for, and switch to HTML when it needs to look like a page. Nothing is exported or duplicated to do it, so you stop maintaining three copies of the same information. Click through them below.
Write HTML in a cell. Watch it render there.
Paste real HTML and inline CSS into a cell, flip to Preview, and see it render right there. Right-click the column header and the whole column becomes one continuous canvas: draft the landing concept in A, keep brand colors in B, hold the brief in C. Design and content sit in the same file, so the copy never drifts from the layout it belongs to.
A short, honest sentence about the real problem this solves.

Write the real brief here: who this is for, what it needs to communicate, what done looks like.
Audience · Tone · Deadline · Must includeReal HTML and inline CSS, written in the cell. Flip to Preview and it renders live in the sheet. Right-click the column header and the whole column becomes one continuous canvas.
Do the office work without leaving the row.
Import a whole bank statement and map every transaction in one pass, or drop invoices into an attachment column by the pile: any sheet with one takes them. Record the meeting in a cell and read back a transcript with names on it. Flip a contact to row view and send from the row. Three jobs that usually cost three subscriptions, done where the data already lives. Scroll, or click the tabs.
Found 4 transactions, 4 ready to import. Pick a category for anything left as Skip if it should count: nothing skipped is added.
Guardian reads the statement and maps every transaction to a category before anything is added. Works in any sheet that ships an attachment column.
Sara (red sweater, left): The Cloudflare migration is done, all app folders publish in one upload now.
Tom (gray hoodie, center): Two founding buyers asked about team seats, I promised an answer this week.
Lina (black blazer, right): Support volume is flat, one recurring question about magic-link expiry.
Pulled from this row where possible. Review the message before sending: nothing goes out until you click Send in Gmail yourself.

Open one and start working, not decorating. Track the money in Freelance Desk, run the store from Shop Desk, move buyers by belief in Sequence CRM, research a whole outreach list in Lead Factory, close the quarter in Boekhouding Desk. Each ships as an app on sheet one with connected sheets behind it, so you rename the labels and keep the wiring that took someone else a month to build. Watch the tour, or click a desk.

Set the quantity and the line total writes itself from Products, the customer from Customers. Edit the order here or in the grid: both are the same row.
A deal stage tells you what you did last. A belief stage tells you what they still need to believe, so you know what to send next.
Work the app on sheet one, then flip to Grid and sort the same companies by belief stage. One record, two surfaces, no export in between.

Every invoice stays attached to the entry it belongs to, so the audit finds the paperwork instead of you.
Drop a quarter of invoices in at once, let the numbering continue where you left off, and ask Guardian to check the books before you file.
The data never leaves to be useful.
Close the tab, pull the plug, work on a plane: the formulas still calculate and the charts still draw, because they run here. Recordings stay on this device. Turn AI on when you want it and it runs on your key, so the only thing that ever leaves is what you deliberately send.
Quick answers
Is Donezo Grid really free?
Yes. Open it and start a sheet: no account, no trial clock, no card. Paid plans are one-time, and what you build stays yours either way. Grid is one of the local-first apps in your Donezo operation space.
Can I import my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. CSV and XLSX files come in as sheets, and you can import whole folders at once. Snapshot and Connective Tissue then let you work across all of them from one place.
Do I need AI to use Grid?
No. The spreadsheet, the three views and Connective Tissue all work without AI. Guardian, Snapshot reports, invoice scanning and meeting transcripts use AI on your own key, and it stays off until you turn it on.
What are the three views?
Every sheet can render as Grid, as Row view where each row becomes a card, a calculator, blocks, an accordion or a design of your own, and as HTML, where Guardian turns the sheet into a page.
Where does my data live?
On your device. Formulas and charts compute locally, recordings save to this device only, and linked files stay where they are: Connective Tissue copies nothing and moves nothing.
What is Grid not good at yet?
A fair question, so a straight answer.
Working together live. Everything is local by design, which is the point, and it means no real-time multiplayer editing.
Connected features need Donezo. Snapshot across files and Connective Tissue need your Donezo connection; a lone sheet works without it.
AI brings its own key. Guardian, scanning and transcripts run on your key, not on ours. That is the honest cost of nothing passing through us.

Start as a sheet. End as whatever it needed to be.
Real formulas, a real database, and an AI that builds structure rather than describing it.
